The series creator is horror movie buff and gay guy Kevin Williamson who talked about the sexuality of the characters.
“It’s not about whether they’re gay or straight or bisexual but it’s about whether they’re in touch with reality,” he said. “He posed as a gay man for two years, and he’s not really sure what’s reality and what’s not. I think what’s really happening in that house of three psychos is that they really need to come together as human beings and sort of figure out how to comfort each other.”
